Require risk, evaluation, security and owner sign-off before material deployment.

Constrain geography, user group, tool access, throughput or use case when uncertainty remains.

Define production indicators, drift signals, abuse patterns and review cadence.

Validate rollback, isolation and shutdown paths before they are needed.
